SKE48 Team E member Shibata Aya (柴田阿弥) announces on 26 March 2016 that she will not participate in upcoming AKB48 General Election 2016.
Shibata Aya announces on her official Twitter she will not participate upcoming General Election, and explain it is not because her study, she had decided 2015 General Election was her last General Election, and she does not change her mind during last year.
Note: Shibata Aya ranked 15th place in General Election 2014 and 2015.
